Commissioner Greg Miles, Commissioner Tracy Killian, Commissioner Jeff Chugg, Deputy Attorney Grant Charles, Public Works Director Mike Casper, Public Works Deputy Director Clint Curtis, Deputy Clerk-Auditor Oaklee Larsen, Economic Development Director Kori Wilde, Brock Harrison with Jones & DeMille Engineering, Emergency Management Director Josh Phillips, Economic Development Assistant Deborah Herron, Clerk-Auditor Chelise Curtis, Human Resource Generalist Tommi Mascaro, Surveyor Ryan Allred, Duchesne County Fair Chair Chey Long, Duchesne County Fair Vice-Chair Jason Wells, Duchesne County Residents Rick Coil, Deklyn Jessen, Kelly Goodrich, and Woody Cuch, and Commission Executive Assistant Melissa Hughes is taking the meeting minutes.
Chairman Miles welcomed everyone to the meeting.

One bid was received from Staker & Parson dba Burdick Materials:
- Base Bid Price - $1,568,506.00
- Additive Alternate 1 Bid Price - $2,092,925.00
- Base Bid + Additive Alternate 1 Bid Price - $3,661,431.00
The parties give Jones & DeMille time to review the bid.
Brock Harrison with Jones & DeMille Engineering said the County is partnering with another entity on the project, and he recommends tabling the award for a week to discuss the bid with that entity.
Public Works Director Mike Casper provided an update of ongoing and upcoming work. The roadwork in Red Creek (CR 1) is continuing. They have completed one lift. They received permission to remove some fences and widen the road. The project is advancing smoothly. The crusher move to Arcadia is about complete. They should be crushing again in a week or so. The parties discussed a proposal from the City of Duchesne for the old road department property and building. Other discussions included measuring the pavement area and the retention ponds at the new road department site.
Public Works Deputy Director Clint Curtis presented two approach permits. A26-058 and A26-059 are both commercial approach permits. The parties discussed the requests. Commissioner Killian made a motion to approve approach permits A26-058 and A26-059 as presented. Commissioner Chugg seconded the motion. Commissioner Killian voted aye, Commissioner Chugg voted aye, and Commissioner Miles voted aye. The motion passed.
