• Councilmember Healy Jackson commented on Oakwood’s participation in the Hefty ReNew Recycling Program.

• Councilmember Rob Stephens encouraged all social media users in Oakwood to contact city staff or Council if they have a question or comment versus possibly posting false and misleading information.
• Vice Mayor Steve Byington congratulated the beautification award winners.
• Mayor Bill Duncan commented on a change of command ceremony at the Wright Patterson Air Force Base that he attended on July 10.
