Designate all "Capital Notes" issued under N.J.S.A. 40A:2-8(b) with "C". Such notes must be retired at the rate of 20% of the original amount issued annually.

All notes with an original date of issue of 2022 or prior require one legally payable installment to be budgeted if it is contemplated that such notes will be renewed in 2025 or written intent of permanent financing submitted.
