NOTICE OF ASSESSING ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that on ____________, 2024 the Council of the City of Oakwood, Ohio, passed Ordinance No. _________ entitled, “TO ITEMIZE AND LEVY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OR RECONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO IN THE CITY OF OAKWOOD, OHIO.” Said Ordinance provides for the assessment of certain unpaid costs relating to the 2023 Sidewalk, Curb, and Driveway Apron Project, which has already concluded.
