NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DELAWARE COUNTY, INDIANA, as follows:
Section 1. Remedies Not Excusive.
The remedies listed in this ordinance are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law and it is within the discretion of the authorized enforcement agency to seek cumulative remedies.
Section 2. Severability.
The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, rule, regulation or subsection is declared void or inoperable for any reason, it shall not affect any other part or portion thereof.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effective on 11/3/2025.
