LEGISLATIVE ACTION:

Ms. Swackhamer stated that MPC 03-26Z filed by Rentovation, LLC requesting a change in zone from the R-5 Residence Zone to the R-2 Residence and R-2 Residence Zones to the R-5 Residence Zone for a number of properties on North Northwood Drive had received a favorable recommendation from this Board and had been adopted by the County Commissioners at their April 20, 2026 meeting.

DIRECTOR’S REPORT:

Ms. Swackhamer stated that she had provided the Board with the numbers for permits, inspections, complaints, variances, rezonings and plats so far this year. She stated that she sent an email with the link to Mr. Smith’s presentation and that everyone should watch it when they had a chance.
