Email: Mr. Klopsch asked whether City Council remained comfortable with the level of email correspondence from him. Council responded in the affirmative.

Mayor Duncan noted that there was insufficient time to conduct the executive session for personnel matters. Mr. Klopsch confirmed that this executive session could be rescheduled for the February 22 meeting. At 7:25 p.m., Mayor Duncan adjourned the work session and Council moved to regular session.
