Description: Wisconsin Act 12 requires public high schools to collect and report data regarding certain incidents on school property, occurring during school hours, and that resulted in a charge or citation. This information is due to DPI by July 31st, and is to be shared with the school board prior to submission.

Item 5: Pursuant to School Board Policy, which references Wisconsin Statutes Sections 111, 118, and 121, all employees who require Wisconsin state certification shall be recommended by the superintendent to the School Board for approval. All recommendations presented at this time are pursuant to approved School Board policies and accompanying administrative procedures.
