Activity our buildings will commit to that impacts our WIG: Tracking System: End of Year Updates:
Weekly PLC meetings along with the use of common data protocols leading to conversations about student learning and how to best respond when students aren’t learning. PLC Notebook, Administrator Observations & Feedback Data Protocols Created & Implemented consistently with only a few teams requiring a Follow Up Email who may need additional support with the Data protocols and/or note taking heading into next school year. Overall we can do a better job on the “Infer and Act” portion of the Data Protocol
Following a common assessment calendar. Common Assessment Calendar Common Assessment Calendars were utilized consistently with only a few teams needing additional support heading into next school year.
Use of response days based on the results of formative assessments (one per unit of study) Classroom Observations Inconsistent throughout the building. Next year all teachers will be inviting me to one Response Day mini-observation or formal observation for feedback.
