Ms. Vannice stated that it would mostly be evening events and that they did have fireworks for the 4th of July.

Mr. Brand asked if Ms. Vannice could point to the location of the proposed building on the map.

(Ms. Vannice pointed to the proposed location being in the location they were requesting to be rezoned to the Community Business zone near the north end of the property)

Mr. Brand stated that to the north of that location was Delaware Community Schools, and asked if they would be using the entrance to the south that was blacktop as access.

(Ms. Vannice spoke away from the microphone and was not heard on the recording)

Mr. LaChat asked how big the building would be.

Mr. Brand stated 100’x50’ as stated by a member of the audience.

Mr. Ivy asked for the height of the structure.

Mr. Carroll stated with the dimensions given, it would be around 20’ in height.

Mr. LaChat asked if it would be open sided.

Steve Wyatt stated that it would be open for now but that they would be installing roll down doors in the future so that it could be closed.

Mr. Dishman asked if they had live bands.

Mr. Wyatt stated yes, they have had live bands for years and have never had any complaints.

Mr. Ivy asked if the side view of the building with the empty space, was where the garage doors would be, and asked which side of the building the entrance would be located on.

Mr. Wyatt stated yes. He stated it was a pole barn and that they would eventually add the overhead garage doors and that the entrance to the building would be on the east side.

Mr. Carroll asked the proposed building would be connected to the existing building.

Mr. Wyatt stated no.

Mr. Ivy stated that he was asking where the entrance and exit would be to the new building in the event of an emergency.

Mr. Carroll asked if in the picture of the building, would the grey panels be the areas that would be open for quick exit and for air flow.

Mr. Wyatt stated yes and that the garage doors would not be closed if it was being used for an event.

Mr. LaChat asked if this building was replacing a structure.
