Mr. Brand asked where someone would sign up for Mr. Smith’s presentation.

Mr. Smith stated that it was sold out but that it would be livestreamed and he would send the link to Ms. Swackhamer and she get that to everyone.

Ms. Swackhamer stated that she might be able to add a few more people to the list.

Mr. Smith stated that he had done a trial run at the Lifelong Learners Association and it was well received.

Mr. Brand stated that this was the first run using the TV’s for a meeting so that anyone watching the livestream can see what the Board was looking at during the meeting.

Mr. Carroll stated that knowing that, it might be nice if they had a laser or some type of pointer.

Mr. Brand stated that the laptop was at the podium and that the curser would be seen on the livestream where a laser would not.
