- Applicant Testimony: Rhonda Jarvis requested the variance for her pets, which currently include 5 goats, 4 horses, and 15 pigs. She noted the pigs were temporary.
- Public Comment: David Phillips spoke in favor, explaining the high number of pigs was due to helping a friend whose farm was damaged by storms. Ms. Swackhamer noted 4 emails in opposition had been received citing concerns about odor.
- Action: Steven Hinds moved to approve with the condition that the variance be for the applicant only. John Hamilton seconded.
