Medical Marijuana: Mr. Klopsch confirmed that Council wished to continue receiving information each week as reported in the Dayton Daily News in regard to how jurisdictions throughout Ohio are addressing the medical marijuana issue.

Far Hills Avenue Business District: Mr. Klopsch noted that a ribbon cutting event is scheduled for 11 a.m. tomorrow for the Oakwood Candy Shoppe. Also, a ribbon cutting for Toasty Barker Boutique will take place at 4 p.m. next Saturday, August 26.

There being no other business, Mayor Duncan adjourned the work session at 7:25 p.m. at which time Council moved to the regular session.
