Contracts

Annual Material Bids – Highway Department

Tommy Humber presented the annual material bids. Three aggregate suppliers submitted bids and MagBest submitted a fuel bid.

Motion: Commissioner Henry moved to accept all material bids and approve the Best fuel bid (Option 2 locked price).

Medical Plan Document

Josh Jarvis, Human Resources Director, presented the 2026 I360 Medical Plan document.

Motion: Commissioner Brand to approve the medical plan document.

Landscape Maintenance Agreement

Malcolm Cairns presented the landscaping agreement for maintenance of county building grounds.

Motion Commissioner Brand to approve the agreement with payment from EDIT Project No. 9.

Property & Liability Insurance Service Agreement – USI

Commissioners reviewed the service agreement.

Motion Commissioner Henry to approve the one-year agreement.

Commissioners discussed a proposed drone launch base installation for the Muncie Police Department.

Motion: Commissioner Brand to table the agreement for further review.
