County Attorney John Brooke provided an update regarding the tax sale property. Documentation remains pending.

Red Barn – Fairgrounds

Commissioners discussed structural damage to the Red Barn following heavy snowfall.

Motion Commissioner Henry to authorize demolition and obtain quotes for removal.

Department Head and Elected Official Reports

Purdue Extension

Vicki Gasaway provided an update regarding Purdue Extension programming, staffing, youth agriculture education, and upcoming events including the Delaware County Farm Festival.

Building Maintenance

Don Chambers reported repairs are needed at the Justice Center where a deteriorated metal lintel supporting brickwork must be replaced. One quote of $13,270 has been received and additional estimates are being obtained.
