abutting lots to the north of lots 3 and 5 and one-half (1/2) of the formerly platted alley to the south end of Lot 2 and Lot 6 the plat of the area known as Mt. Pleasant Town as shown by the Records of Delaware County, Indiana.

Section 3. The alley that runs approximately north to approximately south and was platted between lots 2, 3, 4 and lots 6 and 5 shall be vacated and one-half (1/2) of the formerly platted alley shall become a part of the abutting lots to the east end of Lots 2, 3 and4 and one-half (1/2) of the formerly platted alley shall become a part of abutting west end of Lots 5 and 6 of the area known as Mt. Pleasant Town as shown by the Records of Delaware County, Indiana.

Section 4. The road that was platted as 2nd Street and runs approximately southwest to northeast and that was platted between lots 4 and 5 shall be vacated and one-half (1/2) of the former roadway shall become a part of the south end of lots 4 and 5 in the area known as Mt. Pleasant Town as shown by the Records of Delaware County, Indiana.

Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Commissioners of Delaware County, Indiana, and such publication as required by law.
