    • MVCC, Mr. Epley
      • Fiber Optic System: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that MVCC continues to develop plans to pursue a state grant that would provide funding to enhance the regional fiber optic network. The grant would be in the form of a loan. It is suggested that new revenues could be generated from the fiber system that would offset the loan repayment. This project is still under consideration and must be studied further before it is approved.
    • First Suburbs, Vice Mayor Byington
      • May 24 Meeting in Oakwood: Mr. Klopsch noted that the May First Suburbs meeting will be held in Oakwood. It takes place from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24.

There being no other business, Mayor Duncan adjourned the work session and Council moved to regular session.
