STANDARD PRICING FORM
To ensure fair comparison of proposals, contractors shall complete the following pricing schedule. The County recognizes that the amount of work required to restore a property may vary significantly based on vegetation height, density, terrain, obstacles, debris, and overall condition. Therefore, the hourly rates listed below shall serve as the primary basis for compensation unless the County specifically authorizes the use of a unit price for a particular property.
A. Hourly Rates

Hourly rates shall include:
- Labor

- Transportation
- Overhead
- Profit
No additional charges shall be permitted except as listed below.
B. Estimated Unit Pricing by Property Size (Evaluation Purposes Only)
To assist the County in evaluating proposals, contractors shall provide estimated pricing for a typical property requiring standard mowing and trimming. These prices are intended for comparison purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed compensation.
