as directed, remove trash encountered during mowing, perform final cleanup, take after photographs, and submit an invoice containing the required work order information.
Response Times
Standard Response: Within three (3) business days.
Emergency Response: Within twenty-four (24) hours when requested by Delaware County.
Documentation & Invoicing
For every work order we will provide:
- Before and after photographs
- Date of service
- Start and completion times
- County work order number
- Property address
- Description of services performed
- Total amount due
Claims Handling Procedures
- Crew secures the area and stops work if necessary.
- Crew leader documents the incident with photographs.
- Incident is immediately reported to company management.
- Delaware County is notified if appropriate.
- A written incident report is completed.
- Insurance carrier is contacted when required.
- Repairs or corrective action are coordinated promptly.
- Documentation is retained for project records.
