Mr. Klopsch delivered the following presentation:

AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN/LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND: The city received about $500,000 in CARES Act money in 2020, and will receive about $1,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act money, half was received in 2021 and half will be received this year.
2022 CAPITAL PROJECTS/EXPENSES: The following capital expenses are in the 2022 Budget. Those shown in yellow are already completed or are in the process of being completed.

POSSIBLE 2023 CAPITAL PROJECTS/EXPENSES: The following is a list of possible capital projects and/or expenses being evaluated for 2023:
- Far Hills Storm Sewer: $1.9M
- Salt Storage Building: $42,000 – $100,000
- Asphalt Repaving: $450,000
- Sidewalk, Curb and Driveway Aprons: $175,000

Mr. Gray commented on reports about students that are leaving or are considering leaving Oakwood City Schools and the possible impacts to the community.
