  • Annual Report: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that staff is working on the 2018 Annual Report and will use an aerial photo of the new Shafor Park Tennis Court facility as the front cover. The report format will mirror previous editions.

At 7:14 p.m., Mayor Duncan opened an executive session for personnel matters. At 7:25 p.m., Mayor Duncan closed the executive session for personnel matters and City Council moved to regular session.
