  3. 3. Minutes from 3-12-26 Regular meeting

    Commissioner Brand moved to approve. Keisling seconded. Unanimous approval; motion carried by roll call vote #1.

  4. 4. Living Green Farms Project Disbursement Requests – Gina Caravaglia

    Caravaglia explained the request and noted that she had discussions with bond counsel and verified with building commissioner Tom Fouch visited the building and noted progress made. Commissioner Brand reviewed the contractors who had performed the work and noted those that are local. Commissioner Brand moved to approve both project disbursement requests. Keisling seconded. Unanimous approval; motion carried by roll call vote #2.

  5. 5. Baker Tilly TIF Management Agreement – Danyel Struble

    Struble stated that the agreement presented is the annual agreement with Baker Tilly and is similar to other contracts provided by Baker Tilly. Commissioner Henry moved to approve the contract with Baker Tilly. Keisling seconded. Unanimous approval; motion carried by roll call vote #3.

  6. 6. Resolution No. 2026-005 – 911 Radio Replacement – Danyel Struble

    Struble noted that Resolution 2026-005 formalizes the Commission’s pledge to the project. Struble stated what TIF allocation areas will be utilized for the radio replacement and the total pledged amount of $720,858.01 towards the project. Commissioner Brand said that he asked County Council to use any remaining funds from the 911 budget at the end of each year be rolled back into TIF. Commissioner Brand moved to approve with the remaining/excess EMS budget getting rolled back into TIF each year. Commissioner Henry seconded. Unanimous approval; motion carried by roll call vote #4.
