Bond/BOT:

Commissioner Brand stated the invoice from IT is for the purchase of a laptop for DCRC for the use of access to VIP. Commissioner Brand asked about the documentation for the spring fees. Struble said that documents are being gathered, and the final total will be clarified next month. Commissioner Brand noted there are two ARP expenses that will not come out of TIF – Bridge 51 and ARP Infrastructure. Greene asked that in the future expenses such as the laptop purchases should come to the Commission for approval before the expense is made and an invoice provided for payment by DCRC.

Struble stated she is currently working with the County Commissioners to implement DCRC specific emails for board members Amber Greene, Rob Keisling, and Kerry Wiggerly.

Public Comment:

Rick Yencer said that he is glad to see that the Living Greens project is progressing. He believes the Commission should use the money to create jobs not to run government.

Adjourn:

Commissioner Brand asked for an update on the Cowan Sidewalk phase II project at the next meeting and reminded the DCRC of the pass through determination letters are due by June 15. Commissioner Brand also discussed a 5.88 acre county owned parcel in Albany currently beign farmed. He requested that the farmer pay the market rate to forgo the formal RFP process. He also requested a follow-up to verify the taxing units are receiving the pass through funds from the AG Bio Park TIF. Commissioner Brand also asked for funding summary for the Park One 2^nd Entrance.
