- Calculate up to three (3) speculative example land use mixes using ITE Trip Generation Manual that would theoretically use the remaining roadway capacity of the existing 2-lane roadway.
- Review Delaware County's Comprehensive Plan and/or other guiding planning documents to research planned land uses and infrastructure improvements in the area.
- Calculate up to two (2) scenarios of trip generation for future land uses for the study area (as provided by the CLIENT) using ITE Trip Generation Manual.
- Identify likely impacts and constraints on the transportation network for each of the two trip generation scenarios.
- Prepare brief technical memo summarizing the traffic data and analysis.
- Provide recommendations on next steps in traffic analysis.

Review existing data for the area including best available traffic counts and crash data, existing LIDAR, GIS, right of way and utilities.
