- New Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Discharge to the Town of Gaston Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Discharge to Muncie Sanitary District
- Discharge to other entities, as determined during research

Prepare and submit one (1) Preliminary Effluent Limits (PEL) request to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) for up to three sizes of treatment plant.
