• Contributions to Schools: Mr. Klopsch commented on a document listing things the city has done over the years and continues to do to assist the Oakwood Schools. The list was first compiled around 2012 when the city was working through the financial challenges resulting from the loss of the Ohio Estate Tax.

At 7:12 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for personnel matters.

At 7:20 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the executive session and Council moved to regular session.
