4.
Accounting. The County's Auditor or disbursing officer shall receive, disburse, and account for all monies of the Project.
5.
Termination. This Agreement shall not renew and will terminate upon the satisfactory completion of each parties' obligations.
6.
Effective Date. This Agreement is effective upon execution by Eaton and the County.
