Clerk-Auditor Chelise Jessen explained the compensation increase percentages for the Elected Officers, Department Heads/Directors, Department Deputy Directors, Chief Deputies, or Chief Assistants, and any non-elected positions that qualify for a regular benchmark market reclassification adjustment.
