Disclosure Requirement

P.L. 2005, Chapter 271, Section 3 Reporting
(N.J.S.A. 19:44A – 20.27)
Any business entity that has received $50,000 or more in contracts from government entities in a calendar year will be required to file an annual disclosure report with ELEC.
At a minimum, a list of all business entities that file an annual disclosure report will be listed on ELEC’s website at www.elec.state.nj.us.
