  1. 1. CALL ORDER BY PRESIDING OFFICER
    The Village President called the Village Board meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

  3. 3. ROLL CALL– Village President Steve Wicklund, Trustee Sara Gloeckler, Trustee Kristy Boyle, Trustee Steve Peterson, Trustee Adam Graf, Trustee Jennifer Ditscheit, Trustee Eugene Bower, were all present and there was a quorum.

    Motion by Trustee Ditscheit to approve the consent agenda. Motion seconded by Trustee Gloeckler. Motion carried unanimously (7-0)

    Discussion and possible action on 2025 Audit. Motion by Trustee Gloeckler to accept the 2025 audit Motion seconded by Trustee Boyle. Motion carried unanimously upon a voice vote (7-0)

    Presentation of Canopy Hill Assisted Living Facility Development Concept- discussion only, no action taken

    Discussion and possible action on Resolution 11-2026 | A Resolution to approve NR- 208 - Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for 2025. Motion carried unanimously upon a voice vote (7-0)

    Discussion and possible action on Resolution 14 - 2026 a Resolution Granting and Exception to Section 70-36(a) and (b) of the Village's Code Related to Open Intoxicants in Public Places for a Specified Area Within the Village on July 4, 2026, Pursuant to Section 70-36(c).
