  1. 1. CALL ORDER BY PRESIDING OFFICER
    Village President Wicklund called the Village Board meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
  2. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
  3. 3. ROLL CALL– Village President Steve Wicklund, Trustee Sara Gloeckler, Trustee Kristy Boyle,Trustee Steve Peterson were all present and there was a quorum. Trustee Bower, Trustee Ditscheit, and Trustee Graf were excused
  4. 4. NEW BUSINESS
    Discussion and possible action on the 67th Drive paving project presentation – representatives from Nielsen Madsen & Barber presented the 67th Drive Paving Replacement project to both boards. The following topics were discussed and no action was taken: 1) 67th Drive Pavement (STH 11 to 58th),2) White Rive State Trial, 3) Box Culvert Improvements 4) ROW Clearing/Tile Replacement 5)Union Grove Sanitary Sewer Repairs 6) Union Grove Sidewalk Extension 7) Traffic Control 4) Permits needed 8) Construction Cost Estimate 9) Public Informational meeting 6/10/26 from 4:30 -7:30 pm 10) Bidding Schedule

    Motion by Village President to adjourn, motion seconded by Trustee Boyle– Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:00 pm
