transactions contemplated by this Ordinance, and to take such other acts as may be necessary or desirable to accomplish these purposes.
It is hereby found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in compliance with all legal requirements including §121.22, Ohio Revised Code.
It is hereby declared that this ordinance is an emergency measure to take effect immediately, on the basis that it is necessary to acquire these easements quickly to ensure that the 2023 Far Hills Storm Sewer Reconstruction Project remains on schedule, and for the further reason that doing so will protect the public health, safety, and/or welfare.
