Situated in Section 31, Town 2, Range 7 MRs, City of Oakwood, Montgomery County, Ohio and being a Storm Sewer Easement, over and through Lot 3344 of the of the consecutive numbers of lots on the Revised Plat of the City of Oakwood, Ohio and as conveyed to Tami H.
