Situated in Section 31, Town 2, Range 7 MRs, City of Oakwood, Montgomery County, Ohio and being a Storm Sewer Easement, over and through Lot 3343 of the of the consecutive numbers of lots on the Revised Plat of the City of Oakwood, Ohio and as conveyed to Bruce L. Henninger, described in IR Deed 2005-050037 (all references to recorded documents made herein are to those of the Montgomery County Recorder’s Office in Dayton, Ohio), and being more particularly described as follows:

Thence with the common line between said Lots 3343 and 3344 South 87°47’09” West 184.14 feet to the point of beginning;

Containing 3,646 square feet, more or less.
