Completed Projects (FY26)

• Annual Completion Report (ACR) – The FY 2025 ACR preparation began in May of 2025, and was completed on September 26^th, 2025. We received comments and a revised document was completed on November 17^th, 2025.
• Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) – The FY 2027 CAP preparation began in January of 2026. The final document was submitted on January 30^th, and was approved on February 3^rd.
• Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) – The FY27/28 UPWP preparation began in January of 2026. Updates to the document were ongoing up until the first submission on March 4^th, 2026. The document was revised to address comments and was submitted a second time on May 14^th, 2026, and again on May 19^th, 2026. The final submission was completed on June 2^nd, 2026.
• Quarterly Billings – At the conclusion of each month, staff time sheets are submitted, and reimbursements are calculated. Each quarterly claim is completed within a month of the quarter’s end date. The claims submitted in FY 2026 included the 4^th quarter invoice from FY 2025, and the 1^st – 3^rd quarter invoices from FY 2026.
• Website Modernization Project – This project began in March and was completed after 12 weeks. DMMPC staff work included creating more than 70 new webpages, organizing dozens of documents and meeting records, and redesigning the site’s structure to make information easier to find.

Upcoming Projects (FY27)

• Public Participation Plan – The PPP update process was ongoing throughout FY 2026. It is scheduled to be completed by December 2026.
• Annual Completion Report – The FY 2026 ACR preparation began in May of 2026, and will be submitted before September 30^th.
