The Planning Commission of the City of Oakwood met in regular session at 4:30 p.m. in the council chambers of the city of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, Ohio 45419.
The Chair, Mr. Andy Aidt, presided and the Clerk, Ms. Lori Stacel, recorded.
Upon call of the roll, the following members responded to their names:

There were no Zoom visitors in attendance.
Mr. Aidt shared that Mrs. Gowdy could not attend the meeting and asked to be excused. It was moved by Mr. Hill and seconded by Mr. Aidt that her absence be excused; the motion was approved by viva voce vote.
Mr. Jacques introduced Oakwood City Manager Katie Smiddy to the Planning Commission.
Mr. Aidt asked if there were any questions or concerns with the minutes from the October 2, 2024 meeting. There being none, it was moved by Mr. Byington and seconded by Mr. Hill that the minutes be approved as submitted and the reading thereof be dispensed with at this session. Upon a viva voce vote on the question of the motion, the same passed unanimously and it was so ordered.
Mr. Aidt provided an overview of the meeting agenda and reviewed the meeting procedure with all in attendance. He then invited Mr. Kroger to present the staff report for Application 24-8.
Mr. Byington recused himself as he resides near Russell Total Wealth and Wellness. Mr. Aidt accepted his recusal. Mr. Byington then left the dais and was seated in the audience.
Mr. Kroger shared that Application 24-8, is a refiling by John Kopilchack on behalf of Russell Total Wealth and Wellness to amend the current Sugar Camp/Pointe Oakwood Master Plan for the installation of a sports court (pickleball) to the existing site located at 1 Russell Place. The initial
