relocate the Denver-based sales team to Delaware County. He also plans to shut down his Canadian operations and move everything to the Muncie location to make the business entirely United States based.
Brand stated that the County set up emails for DCRC members and if there any issues we should work to get them resolved. Brand attended the May 7th meeting and sent minutes to the board. Brand also noted there are two steel foot bridges, one off of Cowan Road that goes over Hoyt and the other goes over South Tillotson just north of the Justice Center. These are not on our bridge inventory and we are working to determine who should be responsible for maintaining them. Brand stated the Commission pledged $30,000 last year to the Muncie Senior Citizens Center and believes the property is going under new control. The remaining obligation of the DCRC is $24,658 towards a roof replacement. Brand requested Caravaglia reach out to determine if obligation is still necessary. Brand noted Morrison Road TIF allocation area is a legacy area and the board passes back $11.8 million of residential assessed value to reduce taxpayer burden on average.
