Meeting Minutes
Call to Order
President Sherry Riggin called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and welcomed those in attendance. The meeting proceeded in accordance with the published agenda.
Pledge of Allegiance
Those present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call
Present were President Sherry Riggin, Vice President Stephen Brand, and Commissioner Shannon Henry. Attorney Danyel Struble and Chief Deputy Auditor Tonya Dunsmore were also present. A quorum was declared.
Public Hearing
Ordinance No. 2026-07: An Ordinance to Amend an Ordinance Regulating Traffic on Certain Public Streets in Delaware County
Motion: Commissioner Brand to open the public hearing
Second: Commissioner Henry.
Roll Call: YEA – Brand, Henry, Riggin.
Motion carried unanimously.
A public hearing was opened regarding Ordinance No. 2026-07 concerning traffic regulations on Fox Run Lane, Vista View Drive, Elk Point Drive, and 26th Street.
Motion: Commissioner Brand to close the public hearing
Second: Commissioner Henry.
Roll Call: YEA – Brand, Henry, Riggin.
Motion carried unanimously.

Commissioners recognized the Melissa Ritchie as Employee of the Month and thanked county employees for their continued service and dedication to Delaware County operations.
