operational manuals, source codes, passwords, as-built drawings, warranties, and related project documentation to Delaware County. Security Automation Systems formally retracted prior contradictory statements and apologized for any inconvenience caused. Commissioner Brand stated he believed the county was moving in a positive direction toward resolving the issues at the Justice Center.
Commissioner Brand stated that, if current corrective efforts proceed as anticipated, the county would likely cancel the previously discussed contract with Security Automation Systems.
President Riggin thanked those who remained for the meeting and announced that Ball State University would be hosting the “We Fly Fest” event on Saturday at the Brown Family Amphitheater from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. featuring activities, music, and food trucks for the public.
