Any services not specifically included above are not included in CONSULTANT’s Scope of Services being provided under this Contract. The services not being provided by CONSULTANT under this Contract include, but are not limited to, the following:

Advising or assuming control over any aspect of the means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures of Contractor’s work.

Advising or assuming control over security or safety practices, precautions, and programs in connection with the activities or operations of LPA or Contractor.
