No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT receives a written notice to proceed from the LPA.

All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA for review and approval.

The CONSULTANT will be prepared to begin the work under this Agreement within five (5) days after a letter of notification to proceed is received from the LPA. The CONSULTANT shall complete and deliver the final construction record and final estimate to the District Director and LPA Project Coordinator within forty-five (45) calendar days after the Contractor’s last day of work. The estimated contract completion is December 31, 2027.
