COMPENSATION
1.0 AMOUNT OF PAYMENT
1.1
The CONSULTANT shall receive as payment for the work performed under this Contract the total fee not-to-exceed One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Dollars ($119,980.00), unless a modification of the Contract is approved in writing by the LPA.
1.2
The CONSULTANT will be paid for the actual hours of work performed exclusively on the Contract in accordance with the following hourly billing rates per classification:

1.3
For those services performed by other than the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT will be reimbursed for the actual invoice for the services performed by other than the CONSULTANT, provided that each such invoice shall be subject to approval as reasonable by the LPA prior to any reimbursement thereof.
1.4
The CONSULTANT shall submit monthly timesheets for each employee working on the Contract to the LPA. Hours worked by the employee shall be recorded to the nearest 0.25 hour.
1.5
The CONSULTANT shall not bill for overtime premium for any individual until forty hours have been worked on the Contract for the week by the individual. Holiday hours not worked on the Contract do not apply to the forty-hour weekly total.
1.6
Billing rates after last year indicated in section 1.2 shall be adjusted by 3.6% annually effective January 1st of each subsequent calendar.
1.7
For services performed by CONSULTANT, CONSULTANT shall be reimbursed for mileage at the current INDOT allowable mileage reimbursement rate at the time the mileage was incurred.
