APPENDIX “B”
INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE LPA
The LPA shall furnish the CONSULTANT with the following:
1.0
A written Notice to Proceed.
2.0
LPA shall designate an employee as Project Coordinator to coordinate activities between the CONSULTANT, INDOT, and the LPA.
3.0
Assistance to the CONSULTANT by placing at his disposal all available information pertinent to the project.
