Grant of rights to the bridge property — deed transfer or right-of-way agreement (County's preferred structure).
I am requesting an inspection of the bridge — either performed by the County or by a county-approved inspector authorized by the County.
Processing of any required zoning determination or change for event/commercial use of the site.
Cooperation on a joint free-community-day schedule and, if desired, co-selection of the nonprofit receiving the 10% profit donation.
Approval of a property tax abatement / historic preservation incentive, effective upon verified completion of Phase 5.

Next Steps

Brandon Cook respectfully requests the Board's approval to move forward with Phase 1, and welcomes direction from the Commissioners on the County's preferred legal structure for the transfer of rights (deed or right-of-way agreement) and on the county resources available to support the requested inspection.
