Phase 5

Adaptation, Weatherproofing & Expansion

GoalOnce the venue is operating and community-benefit commitments are active, review performance annually with the County, apply targeted weatherproofing improvements where inspections show they're needed, and adapt or expand the program as conditions and demand warrant. Completion of Phase 5's initial milestones triggers the tax break package requested in Phase 1.
