Good morning Brian,
I left you a message yesterday. I talked to the owner of the property yesterday and he said that the potential buyer you have is interested in the corner lot. I am sure that the zoning meeting will go well next week and you have my support. I just wanted to share again with you that if the current buyer is not interested in the lot with the building on it that I am still interested in buying it as it is next to my building. Can you confirm if the lot to the North will still be available if the sale closes?
