The proposed zoning change is intended to permit the development of a Milo's Market convenience store with fuel service. Transforming an underutilized property into a clean, modern retail site that supports neighborhood needs.

Being locally owned, Milo's will complement nearby land uses. Landscaping and enhanced exterior design will ensure visual attractiveness. The project will assist property values by upgrading an underused lot into a modern, attractive store.

At this time, no significant variances are anticipated. However, minor adjustments may be requested during site plan review to accommodate modern convenience store design standards.
