Public Hearing (1) to consider whether to proceed with the proposed adoption of FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28 water rates in light of written objections and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s responses; and (2) to consider and adopt a new schedule of rates for retail water service in San Francisco and suburban areas, to be effective with meter readings on or after July 1, 2026. This action constitutes the Approval Action for the Project for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h). The Planning Department has determined that the Project is exempt from the CEQA. The Commission will rely on that determination to make its decision on this action. |
