26-0100 6/23/2026 Adopt the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan for the City and County of San Francisco Public hearing to consider and possible action to adopt the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan prepared by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission for the City and County of San Francisco pursuant to California Water Code Sections 10610-10657, incorporating the 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan an affordable-housing development water service priority policy; and direct the General Manager to submit the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and all incorporated documents to the California Department of Water Resources by July 1, 2026, as required by law. The Planning Department has determined that the Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the Commission will rely on that determination to make its decision on this action. This action constitutes the Approval Action for the Project for the purposes of the CEQA pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h).
