Proposal to Adopt Revised Miscellaneous Fees Related to the Water Enterprise |
Public Hearing to consider and possible action to adopt revised miscellaneous fees for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Water Enterprise related to temporary water service through hydrants (Schedule W-41B) and backflow prevention (Schedule W-45). If approved, the proposed fees will become effective on July 1, 2026, and will remain effective until revised by a future Commission action. This action constitutes the Approval Action for the Project for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h). The Planning Department has determined that the Project is exempt from the CEQA. The Commission will rely on that determination to make its decision on this action. |

If approved, the new Stormwater Management Ordinance Miscellaneous Fees will become effective on or after July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until revised by a future Commission action.
